The hotel offers a convenient location close to the airport, but it is far from the city center. The service was friendly and accommodating, although it could use improvement in room cleaning. The dining experience was limited to basic options. The rooms had a mix of flooring types and a small washing machine, but they were not very clean overall.
I had mixed feelings about my stay at this hotel. The location was convenient, close to the convention center, which was great for my trip. However, the lack of maid services for smoke and other issues in the rooms was a big letdown. The front desk staff were helpful, though.
My stay at this hotel had its ups and downs. The rooms, unfortunately, were all booked for the holiday weekend, resulting in heavy foot noise that made it hard to relax. Additionally, my room got broken into, leading to the theft of my belongings due to a door that didn't shut properly, and I was disappointed that no one came to check on me. To top it off, they charged me an extra $25 for a late check-out. On the bright side, the location was excellent, close to everything I needed in Palm Springs.
